Philip March 29, 2020 for Model Number PVM1870SM3SS While removing the vent at the top of the microwave to install the charcoal filter I lost one of the metal fasteners that allows the screw to "grab" to the plastic frame. Don Ozier November 13, 2018 for Model Number jvm7195dk3bb I need to replace WB01X10071? How do you remove the oven cover? Don't want to remove more screws than necessary.
1 Answer Don, the unit will have to come down from off of the wall. Remove all the screws in the back that hold the cover on, as well as all the screws on top. You should then be able to pull the cover back and up to remove it. This will allow you to access the two nuts that hold the mounting screws. When putting the cover back, make sure you tuck the front into the sides properly, there is a lip that holds it in. Read More...

You'll need top purchase three(3) "machine" screws, measuring 1/4 in shaft, 28 in thread and 3 1/4 in. long. We're also sending you some installation information, which should be helpful. Read More...
