Sal April 02, 2015 for Model Number TCS18PADBLBS Evaporator drain is freezing up solid to the point the fan becomes stuck in the ice buildup. I have checked for debris that might be clogging, have found none. I have to defrost with hot water every few days. What could be the problem?
1 Answer Hello Sal, The unit should be properly leveled and the next time you thaw out the drain you should chase the drain with a piece of weed eater line. This ensures there is not a food product label or other debris in the line that could cause the issue.
