Sheila January 14, 2014 for Model Number SSL27RGRCBS We keep having to replace the Bucket and auger assm, at least once a year. Now it's been only 6 months. The plastic drive (part # 355) breaks. We can not figure out what is causing this, other than it is not strong enough for the task. The spiral part (part # 350) will not turn to push the ice out the dispenser. Thus the plastic part breaks. What can we do?
