Krystal June 14, 2023 for Model Number JK3500DF2CC I am getting an F97 error and I see the customer stories say it is this part. Is that correct?
1 Answer Krystal, With getting a F97, this will be an issue with the lower cooling fan not working. You will want to inspect the fan motor connector at the rear of the oven for poor terminal connection. Ensure that the pins are fully seated on both side fo the connector. If the connections are ok then replace the cooling fan and sensor board. Read More...
