You will then hook the cable to the hinge on the door and then there are springs that go between the cables. You will need to hook theses springs to the cable and then reinstall the unit. Benreplacingthesecables April 14, 2014 I have been replacing these cables every few months. The eyelet is the place that breaks everytime. If the manufacturer would make the eyelet part out of stainless steel, they would last a lot longer and I won't mind paying more for the cable. Does anyone have any recommendations on what else can be done to keep these cables work longer? Thanks you.
