Chrissie May 12, 2018 for Model Number ZV850SB2SS Our lights are on due to a power outage and the fan switches don't work.
Steve M April 29, 2018 for Model Number GE Monogram ZV850 B1 SS I suddenly started blowing fuses on my fan. I replaced the more expensive fuse with a cheaper fuse but then I realized that the board may be at fault so I replaced the Board and the condenser. I put one of my cheap fuses in the unit and it lasted for a few hours. My question is, What is so special about the more expensive fuse? Is the reason I am blowing fuses after replacing these parts is because I am using a cheaper fuse?
1 Answer Steve, The fuses in the unit may be a higher amp fuse and if you are not using the correct one then they will blow. Read More...
Susan November 16, 2017 for Model Number GE Monogram ZV 950S D2SS vent hood Where are fuses located on the vent hood GE Monogram model # ZV 950S D2SS? After a power outage, the fans and lights quit working. Wanted to try and replace fuses. Do you carry the fuses? Thanks,

Rich R November 13, 2016 for Model Number ZV 850S B2SS I believe my issue is the need to replace the fuse - the fan and lights stopped working. My question is where is the fuse and how do I get to it without needing anyone else to do it! Thanks.
1 Answer Rich, You will want to remove the panel on the underside of the vent hood and the fuse will be located under this assembly. Read More...
Mcclarinn October 09, 2016 for Model Number ZV850 Fan and 2 lights work fine but 2 lights do not, even with new bulbs. Is this a fuse issue?

Rara August 18, 2016 for Model Number ZV750SY4SS GE Monogram range hood lights stopped working after electrical brown out caused by a storm. Hood fan operates as normal. Is the light issue a burned out fuse?
1 Answer Hello RaRa. You will need to check the fuse WB02X10646 and see if it is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Anni February 04, 2015 for Model Number ZV750SY My GE Monogram Hood has not worked for a while. Neither fan or lights come on. The GE repair person tried a fuse but it blew immediately. He said the circuit board may be at fault but I was informed that they no longer have that replacement. I see here that you have one, but reading other incidents, I'm not sure if it's the answer. How can I test it to be sure I'm ordering the right parts? I'm not even sure he used the correct fuse. Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Anni, The circuit board for your unit would be part number WB27X10553. This would be the most likely cause for the hood not to work. Read More...
