Is this the correct shelf for the replacement of the shelf on the right side. Separately, I am using this part to replace the quick shelf, item WR71X30139. I do not need the quick shelf functionality and want to replace it without the moving parts of #30139 to avoid it breaking again. Can I use #39 in place of #38?"
