Tom August 20, 2012 I have removed the two screws on top (actually, there are three but one may have nothing to do with this part) and it still does not pull out easily. Are there snaps or holds somewhere I need to be aware of as to not break? Any other info you can provide in pulling straight out or tilt needed?
1 Answer Hello Tom, This is so simple you may kick yourself. With the two screws removed, shift the grille to the left. It will now slide straight out and off. This, by the way, is much easier to do with the microwave door open. Read More...
