Rose September 11, 2014 for Model Number JVM1840BD001 The handle came in the mail with no screws or instructions. I found a video in your question that shows how to remove the door but I don't know if I have all the parts to install the handle. I don't want to start installation without everything I need.
1 Answer Hello Rose! You should be able to reuse the existing screws to install the door handle. The manufacturer does not offer the screws as a replacement item, if needed you'll have to locate at a home hardware store in your area. Thanks. Read More...

Judi C. October 11, 2012 for Model Number jvm3670bf10 How do I remove the inside of the door to be able to access the place where the screw goes to anchor the handle to the door? Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Judi, The part that has to be removed is called the door choke. This is item number 6 on the parts explosion. Using a small screwdriver and taking care not to scratch the painted surface, insert the screwdriver between the metal and plastic to "pop" the plastic out. You will have to work both sides to get it unsnapped. Don't be surprised if the clips break off. I have done this for a living a long time and even though I am experienced, at least 30% that I remove break. Be aware that each part varies a hair in exact shape and some of them simply will not come off without breaking. If it does break, it will need to be replaced to prevent microwaves from escaping. If this occurs it can be a health hazard to you. To be specific, only the handle end and part of the top and bottom of the door choke has to be removed to access the door handle screws. It does not have to be completely removed so start on the handle end of the door, not the hinge side. Read More...
