William G. November 11, 2012 for Model Number Sca1000dww03 My problem is push button selection. Sometimes I push the buttons and nothing happens, then repeated pushing on different angles it will work. If that doesn't work, I unplug the unit and wait abut 30 seconds and replug it in. The unit seems to reset its self and then it's ok. Do I need ap3191206 key pub assembly or ap3186997 smart board, one or another or both.
1 Answer Hello William, The electrical part of this assembly is WB27X10467. This is the part I would suspect. Remember that the button part could also cause issues similar to this, and for this reason, I would dis-assemble the unit first to check for mis-aligned or broken parts that actuate the electrical buttons WB03X10128.
