Steve August 30, 2021 for Model Number J2B918SEK2SS. I cannot remove a bent leveling foot. When I try & unscrew it, it just turns in place with great difficulty. Can I replace the bracket that holds the plastic foot? If so, how is it held in place. Thanks

Joanne W May 19, 2013 for Model Number JSP42DNWW HELLO, I just bought the model GE smoothtop stove. Had granite counters put in, and the legs won't go down enough to have it lay on the counters! The plastic leg part has a "collar" so that it only goes down so far....is there some type of metal leg with the same diameter of the stem that has the ability to lower it 1/4"??? The gap allow liquids from the stove to seep under the cooktop. Help!!
