Hello Tom, thanks for reaching out to AppliancePartsPros.com JS645 is part of the model # but there are a great many variants of that model (ex. JS645EL3ES and JS645DL2WW). Without the full model # we would not be able to determine the exact part, but it appears that most of these use either glass assembly WB62X45231 or WB62X45229. We do not have the exact information as to what is different between these 2 components, but WB62X45229 has the cooking zone lines etched/imprinted on the glass and WB62X45231 does not.
