1 Answer Jon, To replace the turntable motor you will remove the screws at the bottom of the unit. This will allow the base to drop down. Once it drops down, you have access to the turntable motor. Sue H. March 08, 2014 for Model Number JVM143OBA 001 I broke the rectangle glass tray for my GE Spacemaker XL1400 year 1998. It did not rotate. The model # is JVM143OBA 001. The measurement is approximately 12 1/2 x 19 inches. We have ordered a glass tray twice. Once from GE Parts Select and then another one directly from GE. Both of the ones we received are way too small for my microwave. They are flat on the bottom and slide out when you open the door. My original glass tray had glass parts on the bottom that fit in the bottom of the microwave securely keeping it inside the microwave. Both of the wrong parts we received said they were replacements for the original and were smaller. Well I don't know what their version of small is but the ones they sent would fit a small microwave. Since they are saying the small one takes the place of the JVM1430BA 001 do you have one that will fit it. It has to be rectangle and can't be flat on the bottom and can't rotate. It is important that it be the correct size of about 12 1/2 x 19. Do you have one or know where I can find one? The letter we got said For Models JVM1430, JVM1431, RVN1325 Note: Part # WB48x194 replaces WB39X10001. The dimensions for WB48x194 . are smaller than the original part. It is the only available option for this application. Well their only available option isn't working for my microwave. Please can you help me find the right size and not this tiny thing they have found. It has to be rectangle and not circular. It can't rotate either.
