1 Answer Patrick, First check the Sub Keypanel at the bottom of the control box assembly, make sure the light buttons aren't deformed, "stuck" or damaged. Then remove the power, remove the panel and check the door switches and wiring. Then check the door and cavity alignment, check the door latch hooks to make sure they latch the door closed and activate the door switches(especially the door sensing switch).
