However, fasteners attaching the mounting plate to the wall has an unfamiliar head viz it look like a small "nail" inside a washer like thing. Any ideas on how I can remove the fasteners? Fred for Model Number JVM1750SMC01 ANSWER Fred, if the bolt in question has a star or hexagon like insert and a small stem in the center then it is a security screw and would require a security torx (star shaped) or allen (hexagon shaped) bit to remove. Fred's Response: The insert is flat and smooth, and the surrounding "washer" is also smooth. There is no provision to use a screwdriver, or a security torx or an allen key.

Darcy October 10, 2018 for Model Number jnm7196sf1ss I bought a used OTR unit and it came with a mounting bracket that does not look long enough for the unit, Its made by Stone City Products GE pn JF15BUMPBB. The tabs fit the holes in the bottom but this bracket does not fit both sides it's short. Is this the correct bracket?
