Juan, if there is gas coming through the burner, it would be likely that there is a residue on the burner head and cap that prevents the spark ignitor from sparking properly. This can be corrected by thoroughly cleaning the burner head and burner cap using a degreaser soap and water with a dampened cloth.

Juan, Based on the model provided make sure there is gas to the range, then check to see if the oven ignitor glows red when the oven is turned on. If it glows red and the oven does not come on it is likely an oven gas valve. If the ignitor does not glow then you will need to check to see if you are getting power to the ignitor, if you have power and it is not glowing then the ignitor would need to be replaced.
