G February 01, 2021 for Model Number JVM1950SR1SS Microwave begins to run by itself after recent use. Light is on and fan runs. However, turntable does not turn. Doesn't respond to stop or start button and have to open door to shut it off. It does respond to the power saver button and turn off. It has also stopped operating before the cooking time was up. 1 Answer Jose', First you have to remove power to the microwave, then remove the top vent grille, Open the microwave oven door. Remove the 2 Phillips-head screws from the top front of the oven cabinet. Slide grille assembly to the left and pull out. The bottom of grille is held in place with 2 tabs. To remove the control panel assembly remove the Phillips-head screw that attaches the control panel assembly to the oven. Slide the control panel assembly up and out. Mark or label the locations of the 7 wire connectors, 2 relay connectors, and then disconnect them. Remove the 3 Phillips-head screws that attach the smart board to the control board frame, then lift the smart board off the frame. Reverse the procedure to install the smart board, install all the panels, reapply power, and test the microwave for operation. Read More...
Anthony December 28, 2012 for Model Number DVM1950SR1SS Hello! this microwave when pluged in, works fine for a few minutes. Then it starts to beep, with the warning on the screen. Stuck key pad, service may be required. I unpluged the unit, for a few minutes, to try and fix the problem, but to no avail. Looking forward to your help, Anthony.
