Steve August 02, 2016 for Model Number HSS25GFPAWW My refrigerator and freezer are not cooling I have replaced all thermistors, Temperature sensor and main control board and heater the evaporator and condenser fan runs I have cleaned condenser the compressor runs and checks good with ohm meter I noticed a hair line crack in the relay how do you test it and would it cause compressor to not cool refrigerator?

Jim M. January 13, 2012 for Model Number GSS25JFMDWW My refrigerator stopped working,air is blowing but freezer and fridge sides are both warm. Replaced defrost heater and defrost timer, no change. Should I try this relay and maybe a temp sensor ? I dont know what to do next.
