Jared K. February 05, 2015 for Model Number JBP82S0F2SS Sirs, This questions is in regards to a GE Range, Model - JBP82S0F2SS. I have read through all the questions regarding this range and understand some design changes have been made, including dropping the "0" from the model number. I am trying to replace my rear drawer supports. Most of your responses said that I would need to replace all 4 supports, another said I would only need to replace the fronts if they were damaged. My fronts supports have the number - 205C2309 stamped on it My rear supports have the number - 229C4991 stamped on it. I believe I need to replace the with part 292, # AP3187558 for the rear. So here are my questions: 1 - Do I need to replace the front and rear supports for part 292 2 - My rear support looks like a butterfly but the current part listed looks different (Due to redesign?) 3 - Will the design/part have everything needed to install. Thanks.
1 Answer Jared, the replacement rear supports listed for your model is part number WB02X33180. Yes, due to the design change you'll need to replace both rear supports at the same time. The rear support will include the screw for installation. You should only need to replace the front if damaged now. Thanks. Read More...

Kelly M. March 27, 2013 I've been looking for a replacement part no. 229c4991. On your site it seems I'll need to make changes and order, WB48T10030 and WB48T10013 instead. I understand that these will mount slightly differently and I'm sure that will work out fine. But I can't see how many of each part I'll need. Can you tell me will I need 2 of the part WB48T10030 and just one of WB48T10013? Thanks for this very helpful site, Kel
1 Answer Kelly, you'll need two rear supports WB02X33180 and two front supports WB48T10013. All will need to be replaced at the same time due to manufacturer changes. To verify that the supports are correct for your unit we'll need the model number to verify. Thanks. Read More...

Brian September 20, 2012 for Model Number JBP62DM2WW I have to replace the rear support on the drawer of my range. I have read previous questions and see that I also have to change the front. My question is how does this rear support attatch as the instructions are hard to read? Thanks.
1 Answer Hi Brian. According to your model number the rear drawer support is part number WB02X33180 The manufacture issued a design change and the part will look different than what is currently on your product. When replacing the rear drawer support you must now also replace the front support, part number WB48T10013. The manufacture does not give particular instructions to replace these drawer clips. They focus on functional issues as this falls in the cosmet6ic category range. The drawer clips are replaced as you remove the drawer and bolt to the side and back of the drawer as needed. Thank You. Sue April 14, 2011 for Model Number JB968K0H1CC I need to replace the rear drawer guides for my GE profile range. I have tried everywhere with this model number and nobody recognized it. The closest model number has no 0 in it. I have looked up the rear guides (292)and they look nothing like the part that I have. Has it been redesigned? My stove is approx 8 or 9 years old.
1 Answer Hello Sue! For model JB968K0H1CC you will research the JB968KH1CC. When GE supplied the model and parts information to their vendors they dropped off the 0 in the middle. The parts will be correct. For the rear guides on the bottom drawer you will need part number WB02X33180. Per the manufacturer, there has been a design change in the rear guides and you will need to chance both sides at the same time. Hope this helps you Sue! Thanks! Read More...
