Hello Steve, The regulator listed for this unit is WB19T10089. The manifold seal is WB04T10084. These should both come with the unit when new or it would not be listed on the manufacturers' parts list.

David, There would be one regulator for this unit and should be at the bottom of the unit for the gas line to hook into.

Hello Laura, If the surface burner valve has a hollow shaft when you pull the knob off, the valve is adjustable a small amount. This is a very small adjustment but all of the adjustment you can make on the unit. You may need to have the utility board verify sufficient gas pressure is being supplied to the unit.

Mike, There is a tube that will screw into the pressure regulator from the range and then for the gas connection you would need to use a nipple to connect the gas line.
