1 Answer Joe, with the microwave unplugged, the control panel will have 1 screw mounting it that would need to be removed. Once the screw is removed, the control panel would lift up then out. It is recommended that one wire is switched at a time. Ensuring that there are no grounded or bare spots on the voltage wires would help.
