Jane October 07, 2018 for Model Number JGB605SET2SS Hi, Our control panel is not responding. Unplugged and checked wiring, did not find any issues. Assuming the panel went bad and replacement part is wb27K10319, how difficult is this repair. I watched similar you tube, but those did not have as many wires coming off the panel.
1 Answer Jane, Since you have checked wiring then you already know how to get to the panel and that's the hardest part. Use your phone and take pictures of the wires and where they connect. I would advise if you can place your new part close enough to where you can remove a wire and connect it to the new board one connector at a time. Read More...
1 Answer John, You will want to check to see if the igniters are coming on. If they are coming on then test the valve for 3.2 to 3.6 vac. If there is proper voltage then there would be a faulty gas valve and if there is not then the igniter would be the issue. Read More...
Don Y January 09, 2016 for Model Number JGB600SETSS GE 30" Gas Range Good Morning, Trying to troubleshoot the range. I get no response from the oven controls. Checked the breakers and unplugged to reset...didn't help. No repair manual that I can find on line. Not sure what would be next. Thank you ahead of time.
