Mark April 02, 2013 for Model Number kenmore model#91194492992 Installed new to control part #ap2632973 or ge#wb27t10231 clock and indicator lights work oven not heating no power going across broiler or bake relays wires are plugged in correct black wire 120v purple wire to broiler yellow to bake element only other wires are on board are two white that go to temp sensor and two for door lock switch the old switch worked on broil and in the bake mode only the lower element worked in preheat instead of both working I checked the thermal sensor with ohm meter I don't know the resistance values still may be bad new board thanks mark
1 Answer Mark, The thermal sensor would be either open or closed. If it is reading open then it would need to be replaced. Check from broil to chassis ground and bake to chassis ground and see if you are getting 120 vac at these points. Also check to make sure that you are getting 120 to the board on L1 to N or to chassis ground. This will tell you if you are getting voltage to both sides. Whichever side you are not getting voltage on you will need to trace back and look for broken wires, bad elements, bad thermal fuse, bad terminal block or bad electrical.
