Ecc October 07, 2022 for Model Number CFE28TSHISS I am having problems with 1) water getting behind the in-door ice maker and/or filling up the fill cup and generally finding ice (and water, when it gets somewhere warmer) where it shouldn't be and 2) water dripping from the exterior in-door dispenser. My theory is that the tri-water valve is bad, and letting water (slowly) through to the icemaker even when it's not called for, and similarly to the dispenser. That matches the very brief reviews on this part here https://www.appliancepartspros.com/ge-valve-tri-water-wr57x10102-ap5796413.html, but as one review mentions, it is "tricky to find.... in the door, under the ice compartment". I see nowhere to access it from the ice compartment itself, everything looks sealed except for the dispenser motor.
