Amy June 25, 2014 for Model Number jvm1860cd001 These wire racks have plastic pieces clipped to the corners. Some of the pieces on my racks are melted and one has broken off. Can I still use the racks without one or more of these plastic pieces? The rack supports on the inside of the microwave are sill intact. Thanks! Amy
1 Answer Hello Amy, As long as nothing looks like it can fall off or apart, it will be fine. If it is actually falling apart, I would not recommend to use the rack since this can lead to a costly repair. Read More...
