I also need to order a bottom shelf which did not withstand the weight of a large watermelon! By the way, how do they fix the problem of Ice melting /severe temp changes in the freezer? We have had this model for many years and the freezer did not keep food totally frozen, so I currently use the freezer to store seed, nuts & grains and maple syrup and such that are not impacted by the melting cycle.
1 Answer Judy, The part numbers for the door bins on your unit would be the very bottom shelf is [5005JA1021A], the next 2 bins up would be [5005JA1020A], then there is a 2 piece bin which is [5004ja1206A]. As for the bottom shelf, it sounds like you are referring to the one above the upper crisper which is part number [3551JA1063C]. For the issue with the freezer not getting cold enough you would want to check the thermistors in the unit to make sure that they are good.
