Kelly August 10, 2020 for Model Number WM2016CW/01 My washer sounds like an airplane trying to take off when it starts the spin cycle so I am assuming it's bad bearings. In the video it shows 2 bearings that look like different sizes but I can only find one size. Are they both the same size, if not is the second size available? I have the following part numbers in my cart please advise of any changes I need to make: AP6048291, AP4437693, AP4437692. Thank you.
1 Answer Looks like you still need to add this part number MAP61913714. So two bearings, tub seal, and outer tub gasket. Read More...

I cannot make heads or tails of the Sears brand part numbers and I ordered a bearing that is the right outer diameter (looks to be about 2-1/2" but the inner diameter is wrong. Claudio July 01, 2014 for Model Number wm2010cw I put the ball bearing on the shaft coming from the spider arm and the shaft seems to get bigger as it gets to bottom of tube. Can it be the ball bearing is not correct size? appliance parts say that i have correct part but i cant slide shaft through rear outer tube to connect the rotor assembly
1 Answer Hello Claudio, As per our research department our stock measured part 4280EN4001F = 2”1/2 W x ½ H and part 4280EN4001C = 2”3/4 W x ½” H. If yours measure differently I would re-order since LG had some bearings mis-packaged. Read More...
Claudio July 01, 2014 for Model Number wm2010cw I just bought the bearing from your site and installed them and was gonna bolt back up but shaft wont seat all the way through the outer tube for the rotor bolts to be screwed in. if i take the bottom ball bearing out the the shaft will seat and i can screw the bolt in do you think the shaft from the spider arm is bad?
1 Answer Hello Claudio. Those bearings have to be pressed into the tub. If your not pressing them in, that is your issue. As for the shaft, you can look at it and see if it is bad or not. If bad it can cause the issue. Read More...
