The Tub Bearing is an OEM replacement part for LG washing machines. This component is essential for the smooth rotation of the washer drum, reducing friction and ensuring quiet, efficient operation during wash and spin cycles.

Causes of a bad tub bearing can include wear and tear from regular use, exposure to water and detergent, or overloading the washing machine. Over time, the bearing can degrade, leading to increased friction and noise.

Symptoms of a bad tub bearing include:

  • Loud noises during the spin cycle, such as grinding or roaring
  • The drum wobbling or moving excessively
  • Water leaking from the bottom of the washer
  • Poor washing performance or the drum not spinning properly

This OEM LG part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore models.
