Clinton, On the inside of the refrigerator door there is a cover on the inner corner where the gasket is located. You would pop this cover off and there will be a gasket holder that this cam will attach to. The part number for the gasket holder will be 4930JJ2028D.

Paul, Unfortunately the only way to get the screw and the cam will be to get the door gasket which will be part number 73012. The manufacturer does not list the screw and more than likely the piece the screw goes into to hold the cam in place has broken.

Hello Mike. You shouldn't have to remove something. It should be on the bottom of the door.

Hello Mike. Get down under the door and look up at it. The bottom will have a single screw. Remove this screw and don't loose it. Once it is out, use a pair of needle nosed pliers to slip the metal rod down just far enough to slip the old cam off. Now you can put the new one in position and tap the rod back in. Once you have it in even with the white plastic part, use the end of the needle nosed pliers to push it in farther. Don't push the pliers in far enough to damage the plastic since the screw has to thread in this hole. This should give you room to start the screw. Once the screw is fully installed, the job is done as long as the cam is positioned correctly.

Bracken man, The part number that you would need to replace for the collar breaking would be the holder part number 4930JJ2028F. To remove this part you would need to remove the plastic cover on the corner of the inner door. Once removed you will need to pull the gasket off and then using a flat blade screwdriver, there are 2 clips that you would want to use the flat blade to pop out. Once out remove the gasket and screw the cam into the top of the holder and reinstall.
