1 Answer Donald, There is nothing inside the tub of this unit that would cause a streak of grease. It is possible that the door boot may need to be cleaned as there could be a build-up of fabric softener. Another thing could be the clothes getting pinched between the inner tub and the outer tub which could happen if the unit is overloaded. Read More...
Dek May 28, 2020 for Model Number WM407OHVA Hi, I purchased this tub gasket and had to install/remove a few times before I got it right. during installation some of the white grease inside has been removed. Can you tell me what kind of grease is inside so I can refill it like it was when I received it? Is it white lithium?
