The Grille, Vent is an OEM part for LG microwaves. It is a component located on the outside of the microwave that is responsible for ventilating heat and providing airflow.
Symptoms of a bad grille, or vent can include blockages preventing proper ventilation, deformations or dents that disrupt airflow, or loose or missing mounting brackets. Without proper functioning of this vent grille component, the microwave may overheat during use or function improperly.
