The little hooks will not stay in the gliders as it looks like one opening on each side is broken and not enclosed any longer. Do I just replace the gliders? 1 Answer Hello Janet, This is not a difficult repair. Remove the rails by depressing the plastic in the open rectangular opening in the rail while pulling it out. This will allow the rail to slide out of the guide. Remove the three screws and the guide will pull away from the liner. This will allow you to un-hook the rail guide from the liner. Read More...

What are the replacement parts and do you have have them?? These parts are on each side of the slide out freezer basket and both sides broke dropping the ice receiver and basket into the bottom.
