1 Answer Hi. You need to disassemble the cabinet top. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. It will be advantageous to find the supplied tech sheet inside the cabinet to aid you in the diagnosis. It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. Ohm the fuse part # 3B74133Q on the filter board for a closed issue (normal). If this fuse powers up the board then if you have 120 vac control board output to the primary transformer input then this is as far as you can safely check. Then use the tech. sheet to ohm the transformer windings as well as the diode part# 6851W1A001V check and the magnetron part # 2B71165R check. If the magnetron tip is burnt or the magnetron side magnets are cracked then replace it as well. These are the usual parts a microwave will require. Thank You. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Mark. Check and make sure the turntable is not turned off on the control panel. If not, then you will need to replace the motor 6549W1S013K in the unit. Hope this helps. Read More...
