Tom July 23, 2017 for Model Number LFD22860TT Refrigerator isn't cooling & interior light isn't working. The user control & display on the freezer door is not functioning. Display lights on but not functioning. Freezer temp is -6. Refrigerator temperature is @ 43 & will not get cooler. I replaced the main control board, #1468231 from Repair Clinic. The only thing that it repaired was the interior light. I need to replace the USER CONTROL & DISPLAY BOARD, #1360283 from Repair Clinic. They say this part is no longer available. CAN YOU HELP ME FIND THIS PART?? Used or new??

Cindy September 26, 2012 for Model Number 795.77306600 Has anyone tried to order part number 6871JK1011 and keeps getting part 6871JK1011G? My Kenmore (LG parts)refrigerator has part number 6871JK1011 for the main PcB Assembly board. The difference between the two is that one port on the board fits a plug with 6 wires and the other fits a plug with 5 wires. Mine is a 6 wire plug and no one seems to have a replacement part. If you have had a similar problem, what did you do to resolve?
