Deborah October 13, 2016 for Model Number LRFD25850ST I received part #4980JJ2014A - Support bar in the refrigerator. The instructions on your site state to find a hole and slip the bar into the hole. I don't see a hole. Can you send a picture or video on how to install it?
1 Answer Deborah, We have no additional photos or video(s) for the installation of the drawer support rod. In your case, remove the deli drawer and the crisper drawers. Grasp the cover 3550JL1010B and raise it an inch or two and carefully slide it out of the refrigerator. Turn it upside down and place it on a padded surface( so you don't scratch or damage it). Along the front edge of the underside of the cover you should see several plastic tabs and a couple of plastic "stand offs" (there may be a couple of screws screwed into the stand offs) Align the openings in the metal support rod, to the tabs in the cover and "snap" the rod in place, install the screws if present. Reverse the removal procedure and make sure the support rod rests in the "cut out" on the side rail support. Read More...
