Carl April 18, 2020 for Model Number 795.51032.011 I'm replacing the water tank which I purchased from you. When I removed the water line from the valve behind the unit, a small retaining ring that resembles a star washer followed the line. It is somewhat deformed. Was that supposed to come out? Is it reusable?

Doug F June 08, 2017 for Model Number Kenmore 795.5102 refrigerator I am having a problem with ribbon like particles coming from the refrigerator dispenser. My question is I cannot determine how the filter water line is directed to the filter. I was going to replace the reservoir tank but not sure how it relates to the filter line.
1 Answer Doug, The way that the water lines run on this unit, the water supply comes in and either will connect to a tube that goes direct to the water filter or to the water valve. If going to the valve it will then have a line that goes up to the filter. Then from the filter there will be a water line that will come back to the valve and then branch off. One line which is a 1/4" line will go to the icemaker and the other line which is 5/16" will go to the water tank and then go from the reservoir to the water dispenser. Read More...
S April 08, 2017 for Model Number LSC23924ST The ice and water parts diagram on the upper right shows the tubing on the back of the fridge. There is tube line that runs vertical, two lines that go up to the left at a 45 degree angle, and the lowest one that goes almost horizontal to the left. Ryan November 16, 2016 for Model Number LRBC22544ST The water resevoir tank located on the inside of my fridge in back left hand behind the clear plastic bins is leaking when using the door dispensor. Is part MJM61904702 the replacement for the tank even though the picture just a bunch of coiled tubing? If so I can only assume that the coiled portion is acting as the tank assembly, by holding a similar volume? Please advise.
