Brad November 26, 2021 for Model Number LTCS20220 do the water lines, etc come off the new part and old part easily so I can use the original lines/parts ? I can't get to the other end of water connection. I only have a small opening to replace the bad part and reconnect wires. (fridge is in RV)

1 Answer Mary, the water valve AJU73292414 will work for your model and it would be accessed from the back of the appliance. With the water supply turned off, the bottom back panel would be removed to gain access to the valve so that it can be removed. The tubing going from the valve to the ice maker can be removed by going to where it enters the back, removing the screws from the tubing cover, and pulling it away from the unit. The new tubing will push into place and be secured by the original screws and the valve would fit into the original one's placement. Read More...
