H May 07, 2023 for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA Hello - I keep getting conflicting information on which diaphragm to use for my washer. It is a WF330ANW/XAA, and I keep seeing 2 different model numbers, which is the correct model number to replace the diaphragm as my current one has a hole and is leaking. Thanks!

Paul May 14, 2021 for Model Number samsung wf330anw/xaa 01 There is a small water spout nozzle at the top of the rubber diaphragm assembly just inside the top of the door. It normally sprays water into the top of the tub. When I take off the top of the washer, I can see this nozzle head is fed directly from the 4 port cold water valve. This nozzle leaks after the wash cycle has ended. It lets a slow drip into the drum ever few seconds. The leak goes away sometimes if I run a cold quick wash cycle, but it returns after a normal or warm cycle. The drip is slow and would take days to cause an overflow, but I would like to make it stop if possible.
1 Answer Paul, this leak would be caused by the water valve DC62-00214L not closing fully and it would need to be replaced. Read More...
