Allison January 14, 2016 for Model Number RF323TEDBSR/AA-0001 I ordered a replacement handle for my freezer. The part came without the plastic attachment and new screw set. How do I get those? I assumed they would come with the handle as that is only part broken as the handle is fine (screw connection with plastic piece inside the freezer door). This handle was sent with no screws or plastic pieces. Can you advise or help?

There appears to be a plastic insert in the end of the handle that can be replaced. Is this part available? Can I just replace the insert without replacing the whole handle? Thanks, Ken
