Cliff, it would be recommended that the power supply going to the main control DE92-02588G is tested to identify if it is receiving voltage or not. If it is, the main control has certainly failed.

Al T, Based on the information provided I would check for 3.2 to 3.6 vac to the gas valve, if you have the voltage the valve is likely bad. If you do not have the voltage then the ignitor is likely the issue.

Marshall, with the range power cord unplugged, the touchpad DG34-00027B ribbon would need to be inspected to identify if there is a broken or damaged section. It would also need to be inspected to identify if it has a loose connection in the main control DE92-02588J. If there is not a damaged section of the ribbon and the connection is not loose, the failure would likely be in the main control.

Matt for Model Number NX58M5600SW/AA-00

I have the indicated model of a Samsung range where the burders work but I get no response to either bake or broil. The display has a "d" next to the time. Everything I have read suggests I need to replace the motherboard and that the correct part is DE92-02588J. The part you show looks very similar, except the connector on the left side on your part, which I think comes from the display,is a tape-style connector. The one in my oven does not have a tape connector and instead connects at 2 points on the motherboard with push connectors. I can send a picture if that would help.

Hello Matt, we checked the manufacturer's site and using the model number you supplied they list the main control board is listed as DE92-02588J DE92-02588J. If this part does not seem correct for your model and the model number has been confirmed, suggest you check over the original control board and see if there is a label/sticker with a similar but different part number.
