Keith, In order to remove the casters you will need to lean the unit back and remove there will be a pin holding the part in place. You may need to remove a couple screws to get to it.

Bill, These Front casters are stationary rollers and do not adjust, If the unit is tilting back without the leveling legs being down then this issue would either be that the rear base is dented causing the unit to lean back or the flooring may be unlevel causing this issue. It would be recommended to make sure that the compressor base behind the unit is not damaged.
