Bill November 25, 2016 for Model Number RF260BEAESR/AA-0001 The front casters are well below the level of the foot making it impossible to level the refrigerator. It is setting on the rollers (caster) & the feet don't even touch the floor in the front. Currently the refrigerator is tilted to the back at a pretty good angle.
1 Answer Bill, These Front casters are stationary rollers and do not adjust, If the unit is tilting back without the leveling legs being down then this issue would either be that the rear base is dented causing the unit to lean back or the flooring may be unlevel causing this issue.
