Margo July 19, 2016 for Model Number ??????? I have just melted my Decor gas stove top knobs and spill guard. I cannnot find the model number. Please help me!
1 Answer Hello Margo, If this is a cooktop you will need to use a flashlight and look for the units' I.D. tag on the bottom of the unit. If it is a frestanding unit you may need to remove the kick panel to locate the units' I.D. tag. Some will even be under the drip pans and on a side panel. Read More...
Joy June 08, 2016 for Model Number Dacor DR30DNG One of the burner control knobs broke and I am having trouble finding the appropriate replacement. It is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and fits on the shaft that sticks out of the stove. When the burner is off, a circle with a line on it is at the top. As you turn it on, a line that leads to a gas flame symbol and then to the words "simmer" indicate how strong the flame will be. Do you know how I can replace it?
1 Answer Hello Joy, The knob DE81-05695A shows out of stock but Dacor shows the black knob is no longer available/obsolete. The knob is available in a metal finish in kit DE81-05695A. Read More...

Rick June 15, 2014 for Model Number Dacor Electric Cooktop #ECC46 I am wanting to replace the 6 control knobs on the Dacor Cooktop #ECC46. The ones originally made for the unit have been discontinued. Can you tell me if the knobs from current Dacor cooktops might work for my unit? The critical thing with finding a replacement is the shape of the hole on the underside of the knob to be compatible with the shaft of the cooktop. The shape of the shaft is a flat top and bottom and outward curved sides. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rick
1 Answer Rick, the almond 82936, white 82904, and black [82903] burner knobs have been discontinued and are no longer available. You can, however, use universal knob kit part number TJKN002 which comes with several universal adapters to adapt the knob to your unit. Thanks. Read More...
