James February 04, 2016 for Model Number MGC5536BDW I have broken knob and need to replace my burner control knob. I found the knob and need to replace part number ad4100486. However, what is Grommet(AP4096497)? Is this part go with control knob some where? Where do they go? is this part go inside of control knob? I look the broken knob but i cant find anything look like grommet. Thanks
1 Answer James, The grommet would go underneath the knob and has a groove that it will fit into the hole of the cooktop. It is for the purpose of keeping spills from getting into top. Read More...
