Whitney, the freezer bin, door, and gear cross bar would need to be removed. This will allow the slide mounting screws to be removed and the slide replaced.

Whitney, Disconnect and remove the door and the bar at the back of the drawer. Then you will remove the 2 screws at the front and rotate the slide out.

Brandon, the slide WPW10397636 would be used for the left side while the right rail would be part number WPW10397635.
