Marlon B. January 10, 2018 Just purchased the WP389386. When I went to install it, I noticed a difference between the old and new one. The old one has a support collar at about the height where the shaft goes around the tub shaft extension so there is very little room for the agitator. The new one does not have this. Why?

1 Answer Hello C.S. Pull the cap off the unit and remove the bolt under the cap. Then lift upward on the agitator. Separate the top from the bottom and attach the top section to the new bottom piece. Re-install into the unit. Read More...
