Timothy G April 23, 2023 for Model Number MGDB855DC3 How many drum rollers does my dryer have? The exploded parts diagram shows one on the front and one on the back. Having done drum roller replacements previously I thought this was odd but, I decided to order what was shown on the diagram. I also bought a belt, idler pulley assembly, front and rear shafts w/associated nuts, washers and retainers. Later it was still bugging me, so I called customer service and was assured I only needed the parts I ordered. The parts have arrived, so I decided to watch a repair video and found one for my model. The video showed two rollers on the back and three on the front. Do I need to buy more? I would rather have all parts available before I start the repair and would prefer to replace the parts that need to be replaced so I don't have to do this again for a long time. Thank you.

Keith S. August 25, 2022 for Model Number WED7300XW0 Your part numbers WPW10359271 and WPW10359272 both indicate in their description that they are for the front of the machine. Clearly this is incorrect. The thread type indicated for these items also seems to be inaccurate. The roller shafts in the front of the machine are LH threads and the roller shafts in the rear of the machine are RH threads. Which part number is correct? I don't want to order the wrong item and have to return and further delay the repair project. Thank You for your help.
