Lee June 16, 2019 for Model Number RF263LXTQ0 OR RF263LXTQ3 I need to order a control board and an infinite or element switch, but I cannot tell which model number I have. I either have RF263LXTQ0 or RF263LXTQ 3. In the drawer below it shows a space between the Q and the 3. My control board is white, but the parts for the Q3 are black according to pics, which is adding to the confusion. Is there a way to tell if I have the Q3 or Q0 model #? Please advise. Thank you.

Dt April 03, 2019 for Model Number RF362LXSB0 When I press the Broil button and start it goes to 500* and does not show a timer to warm up. The broiler does not come on. I replaced the broiler element and it still doesn't work. My husband thinks the control board needs replacing, but I worry about paying that much for a part when everything else is working fine.
1 Answer DT, there is a thermal fuse [WP3196548] that falls directly in line with the broil element. You may want to test this for continuity. The range would need to be pulled out, unplugged, and the back panel removed. Once the back panel is removed, there will be a brown rectangle with two wires, this is the thermal fuse. Thomas P. October 19, 2011 for Model Number rf362lxss0 Having issue with oven. First Broiler would not work, so, I bought a new element. That did not make any difference. Now broiler will come on and go out of heating range and fault out. Also, seem like sometimes buttons perform a different function, i.e. press start time and broiler comes on. Do you think replacing the control would correct problem? Also, I am switching off the breaker when not in use. I am somewhat fearful of the range.
