Tom April 07, 2023 for Model Number WMH32519FS0 I ordered a new control board but the new board does not have a place to connect the external NTC cable. I understand that the NTC is now built in to the board. Can I just install the board without connecting the external cable? Do I need to wrap the external cable connection with electrical tape .

Maureen May 22, 2020 for Model Number 721-80822 Have a built in Kenmore Elite Microwave Hood. Having issues with the light that is inside the Microwave (the one that turns on when the food turns around). Took out old burnt out bulb, put in new bulb. Lights up however, gets real hot and will not turn off. Is this a relay switch problem behind the control panel? Which one? Thank you.

Andy February 05, 2020 for Model Number WMH32519FZ3 So light control on panel does not do anything to light bulb on bottom of microwave. Light bulb burnt out and tried to replace with correct 40 watt bulb and bulb gets real hot real quick and the button on control panel does nothing. I assume problem with control panel however not sure which part I need.
