Roy August 20, 2019 for Model Number 665.12782K311 My dishwasher died, no power. I replaced the circuit board. Some lights came on, steady, not blinking, and unresponsive to touch. I unplugged it from the wall to hopefully reset it. When I plugged it back in, again there is no lights, no power. There is 120v all the way to the circuit board.
1 Answer Hello Roy, since you replaced the control board already that can be eliminated, also with 120v to the board and no response the board is getting the correct power. This sounds like a faulty keypad assembly part WPW10481070.To check this, this control can be tested without a keypad. First turn off power to the dishwasher, disassemble the door and disconnect the keypad ribbon from the mainboard, reassemble the door repower the dishwasher, wait about 10 seconds then close the door, the drain pump should start, if it does the problem is with the keypad//control panel. Rajesh September 29, 2018 for Model Number Kenmore w10500067 My dishwasher was stuck on complete and to manually turn off and back on the breaker to make it work, it worked fine for next week and after a week all the lights on the panel control were lit, I again turned off and turned the breaker back ON and it worked but after a couple of days the dishwasher stopped working, now I don't see any light on the panel control. Do you think the problem is with Panel control?
John July 01, 2017 for Model Number 665.1278 I lost the first four touch controls on the control panel. Starting from the left side, the four command touches do not respond the others do work. Am I looking at the touchpad control panel or is the problem with the electronic control board???
