Weldon W. August 01, 2017 for Model Number MAH6500AWW This Neptune has two issues: It won't dispense the bleach or fabric softener at all and the display times have changed. The quick wash was like 34 now it's 49. All the settings have increased times. The machine works fine otherwise.
1 Answer Hello Weldon, The bleach and fabric softener dispense issue will be a water valve 12001930 issue or a mineral deposit buildup in the dispenser if the siphon caps are in place and clean. The display times for the cycle are normally caused by an issue with the machine control board. This part number is determined by the series number of your unit which is the first two digits of the serial number. If the first two serial number digits are 34 or lower you will need to order WP22004257. If they are 35 or higher you will need 22004486. 1 Answer Terence, Your information indicates a fill valve problem. the internal valve body isn't closing completely and allows water to flow into the tub when the machine is off. If the serial number of your washer starts with 10 thru 82 you will need part number WP22003245 / WP22003245. Susan October 02, 2013 for Model Number MAH750DAWW I am having trouble with my fabric softener dispenser. It used to release the softener at the appropriate rinse cycle. However, now, at the beginning of the wash cycle, water flows through the softener dispenser and releases it at the beginning of the wash cycle so I am losing the softener into the wash.
