1 Answer Pamela, The "FL" code indicates the the door failed to lock. The manual release is a plastic cable, located inside the dispenser assembly in the front portion of the dispenser bottom. slowly, carefully pull on the cable and open the door at the same time. Once the door is opened, check the alignment of the door catch to the catch assembly on the cabinet, make sure the door hinges are tight, and the door is aligned to the opening. Your Tehnical Data Sheet is located inside the control panel, remove the 3 screws across the back top portion of the console, pull towards you on the top, and push back on the bottom of the console assembly to disengage the console from the top of the washer.
